Laura earned her Bachelors in Education at Franklin & Marshall College. She received her Masters of Counselor Education from The Pennsylvania State University with an Emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a recipient of the Lavanda P. Muller Graduate Fellowship in Education.

Laura is a member of the American Counseling Association and the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association. She holds degrees from The Natural Gourmet Institute in Health & Culinary Arts and Cornell University's Plant-Based Nutrition Program. 


Laura is the founder of Sun Point Wellness Center, a holistic therapy practice that works with individuals, couples and families.  She also leads The Kitchen Counseling Program where she empowers individuals to make healthy choices to improve their health and mood through dietary choices.  She is passionate about helping people go where they want to by using her compassionate personality and evidence-based approach to talk therapy.



Daniel earned his Bachelor's degree in Social Work with a minor concentration in Psychology at the University of Maryland-Baltimore County. He continued his clinical studies by pursing a Master's Degree in Social Work at the University of Maryland-Baltimore.  Daniel has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults diagnosed with co-occurring disorders. 

Most recently, he spent his time working as a primary therapist at two JCAHO accredited dual-diagnosis treatment centers located in the Baltimore region serving the needs those with chronic substance misuse and mental health disorders.

Daniel is the Clinical Director at Sun Point Wellness Center where he embraces a mindfulness-approach to talk therapy.
